At BSBF2018 you can arrange 1-1 meetings with other delegates and establish new business partnerships or strengthen existing ones. This is a unique way to network with prime contractors, suppliers, Big Science representatives and other participating businesses.
Start requesting 1-1 meetings with other delegates before the conference to make sure you have a meeting space and time for you and your meeting partners at BSBF2018. Each 1-1 meeting is scheduled for a fixed time of 30 minutes and is assigned a meeting table when both meeting partners approve the meeting request. If you need more than 30 minutes there will be plenty of other meeting tables to continue your conversation.
In the 1-1 meeting module you can:
- See a full list of all delegates and lists filtered by in which technical area(s) individual delegates are interested. Click on the magnifying glass icon next to the delegate’s name to see additional information about the business or organisation.
- Request and receive 1-1 meeting invitations from any of the delegates. When requesting a 1-1 meeting, you will be able to see the time slots convenient for you and the requested delegate based on your individual programmes.
- Communicate with other delegates and get an overview of your planned 1-1 meetings.
Before requesting 1-1 meetings you need to:
- Complete your company and 1-1 presentation form in the BSBF2018 registration module. This enables other delegates to identify your business area(s) and skills for the 1-1 meetings. You also have the option of uploading a complementary PDF presentation of your business in the registration module.
- Register for the parallel sessions of your choice in the BSBF2018 registration module. 1-1 meetings are only available during the parallel sessions and in the breaks.
