There are many good hotel options in Copenhagen city centre in many different price categories. For your convenience, we have made block reservations for a limited number of rooms with a special discount at the following hotels, which are all in close proximity of Tivoli Congress Centre. The prices are fixed conference prices and are not subject to change.
Please note that you will need to book your room through the conference registration to get the special BSBF2018 prices. The host organisers and the congress organiser (Crone & Co) do not work with any other travel companies/agencies for hotel bookings.
If you are contacted by a company or travel agency (e.g. eHotelers, Travel Era) promising discounted rates or asking for your credit card details, please do not respond or inform them that you are not interested. The congress organiser (Crone & Co) do not contact our congress delegates regarding registration and accommodation needs, unless we have received an inquiry from our delegates. Furthermore, we never ask for credit card details on the telephone or by email.
